Tumis bahan kisar hingga naik baunya. Masukkan ketumbar dan jintan. Kacau sebati.<br \/>\n2. masukkan santan, daun kunyit dan ayam.<br \/>\n3. Setelah separuh kering, masukkan kerisik. Perasakan dgn garam, gula dan asam jawa.<br \/>\n4. Tunggu hingga kuah kering dan bolehlah dihidangkan.
