Rebus sampai empuk. Setelah masak, toskan daging dan hiriskan nipis-nipis. Ketepikan kuah\/supnya (boleh dipanaskan semula dan tambahkan sedikit air jika berkurangan).<br \/>\nUNTUK MEE: Rebuskan mee bersama sedikit garam sehingga lembut. Keluarkan dan toskan. Panaskan sedikit minyak masak di dalam kuali. Goreng bawang putih sehingga garing. Keluarkan. Masukkan pula mi yang telah ditoskan ke dalam kuali dan goreng sebentar menggunakan minyak bekas bawang tadi. Perasakan dengan cuka, sos ikan \/ sos soya dan sedikit garam. Keluarkan dan ketepikan.Di dalam kuali yang sama, panaskan sedikit minyak dan goreng daging yang telah dihiris tadi. Masukkan kicap pekat, kicap manis, serbuk lada hitam dan garam. Kacau rata-rata. Keluarkan.<br \/>\nUNTUK SAMBAL : Tumbuk\/kisar cili api dgn 1 ulas bawang putih hingga lumat. Kemudian gaulkan bersama kicap manis dan perahan jus limau kasturi. (kalau x ada kicap manis, boleh guna kicap masin dan tambah sedikit gula)<br \/>\nCara Menghidang : Sediakan pinggan hidangan. Masukkan mi, tuangkan sambal kicap sedikit dan gaulkan. Kemudian taburkan daging, bawang putih yang telah digoreng garing dan hiaskan dengan daun bawang.
