bawang besar | hiris untuk ditabur<br \/>\n1-2 tangkai cili merah | hiris untuk ditabur<br \/>\n4 ulas bawang putih | tumbuk<br \/>\n3cm halia | tumbuk<br \/>\n2 sudu besar ketumbar biji | tumbuk<br \/>\n1 sudu besar jintan manis| tumbuk<br \/>\n1sudu besar jintan halus | tumbuk<br \/>\nSerbuk kunyit secukupnya (lebihkan yang ini)<br \/>\n1\/2 cawan air<br \/>\nSedikit bancuhan air asam jawa<br \/>\nGaram dan gula secukupnya<br \/>\nMinyak masak untuk menumis (Lebihkan yang ini ketika menumis)<\/p>\n<p>Cara:<br \/>\n1.Gaulkan hirisan hati lembu dengan kunyit, garam dan gula.<br \/>\n2.Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bawang hingga layu dan masukkan hati lembu.Kacau rata dan tutup kuali dengan tudung periuk.Biarkan lama agar hati lembut dan sesekali dikacau agar tidak hangus.<br \/>\n3.Setelah itu masukkan air bersama bancuhan air asam jawa.Boleh tambah garam sekiranya adunan rasa masih belum lengkap.Tutup semula kuali dengan tudung periuk dan renehkan hati sekali lagi sehingga benar-benar empuk.Barulah bole masukkan hirisan cili besar dan bawang besar.Kacau lagi.<br \/>\n4.Tutup api apabila kuah telah
