hiris<br \/>\n3 ulas bawang merah | tumbuk<br \/>\n2 ulas bawang putih | tumbuk<br \/>\n1\/4cm halia | dipotong panjang<br \/>\nAir secukupnya<br \/>\n1\/2 cawan santan pekat (saya guna krim masakan)<br \/>\n2 sudu kerisik<br \/>\n2 sudu besar minyak<br \/>\n1 sudu besar minyak sapi<br \/>\n3suddu besar rempah kari daging<br \/>\n3 kuntum bunga cengkih<br \/>\n3 biji buah pelaga<br \/>\n2 kelopak bunga lawang<br \/>\n1 cm kulit kayu manis<\/p>\n<p>Cara menyediakan:<br \/>\n1.Sediakan periuk, satukan daging yang telah dibersihkan dengan rempah, bunga cengkih, bunga lawang, pelaga, kulit kayu manis, halia, bawang tumbuk an air didihkan di atas dapur hingga empuk.<br \/>\n2.Tuangkan santan serta sedikit lagi air, biarkan menidih sekali lagi sebelum imasukkan kentang.<br \/>\n3.apabila empuk masukkan kerisik, garam dan sedikit sahaja gula sekadar pelengkap rasa.<br \/>\n4.Biarkan gulai masak sempurna, angkat periuk dan letakkan ke tepi.<br \/>\n5.Panaskan minyak masak yang dicampur dengan minyak sapi dalam sebuah kuali kecil, goreng bawang besar hiris hingga kuning.<br \/>\n6.Tuangkan minyak bersama bawang ke dalam gulai dan tutup periuk cepat-cepat agar aromanya tidak
