Gaul dengan serbuk kunyit dan garam secukupnya.<br \/>\nKemudian masukkan daging, halia, bawang putih dan kunyit hidup yang ditumbuk ke dalam kuali dalam dan masukkan sedikit air sehingga paras daging. Rebus sehingga daging lembut sepenuhnya. Tambah air jika air kering. Bila daging dah lembut biar sehingga air kering dan jangan tambah air lagi. (Peringkat ni boleh sediakan awal-awal)<br \/>\nDah kering airnya, tuang sedikit minyak dalam kuali (ikut la ada setengah orang suka letak minyak lebih sedikit) dan buka api. Goreng daging seketika dengan minyak tu. Masukkan garam jika perlu.<br \/>\nAkhir sekali masukkan sayur kacang, bawang besar dan cili potong.
