Tumis rempah 4 sekawan dgn api perlahan. Kemudian masukkan bhn2 kisar serta lada hitam dan kacau sampai terbit bau\/pecah minyak<\/p>\n<p>Masukkan daging dan kacau 1 minit. Masukkan air (1 liter), kacau rata2 dan biarkan seketika (30 minit). Tambah air jika terlalu kering.<\/p>\n<p>Apabila daging masak separuh empuk, masukkan pula 1 sudu besar kicap pekat (blh tambah lbh jika suka), kicap masin, kerisik, asam jawa dan kacau lagi. Biarkan seketika sehingga daging betul betul empuk (blh tambah air sedikit jika kuahnya terlalu pekat).<br \/>\nAkhir sekali masukkan garam dan gula secukupnya.
