Separuh lagi dihiris.<\/p>\n<p>Tumis bawang dan halia yang dihiris serta rempah penumis sehingga wangi dan masukkan rempah kerutuk. Masak dengan api perlahan sehingga keluar minyak.<\/p>\n<p>Masukkan daging dan sedikit air dan dikacau rata. Masak lagi sehingga air kering dan keluar minyak serta daging empuk.<\/p>\n<p>Masukkan santan dan masak sehingga mendidih dengan api perlahan. Masukkan kerisik, garam, gula, gula Melaka dan asam keping. Masukkan juga pes tomato, jika ada. Kalau tak letak pun OK tapi ianya petua pakar masakan di Perupok.<\/p>\n<p>Sesuaikan kepekatan dan rasa.
