Panas minyak dalam kuali dan tumis bawang putih dan daun kari.<\/p>\n<p>2. Masukkan daging, rempah kari dan sedikit air. Masak sehingga rempah pekat dan bersalut pada daging.<\/p>\n<p>3. Masukkan kiub Knor dan garam.<\/p>\n<p>4. Sebelum angkat masukkan bawang besar.<\/p>\n<p>Cara-Cara Memasak Kuih Cara:-<\/p>\n<p>1. Panaskan acuan Kuih Cara.<\/p>\n<p>2. Leserkan minyak pada acuan. Pastikan ada sedikit minyak dalam acuan. Ini adalah bertujuan untuk menggaring dan meranggupkan kuih cara nanti.<\/p>\n<p>3. Masukkan adunan tepung 2\/3 acuan. Tutup dengan tudung periuk sekejap &lt;&gt; 1-2 minit supaya tepung 1\/3 masak. (TIPS: Cara ini menjadikan inti LEBIH TERASA SEDAP kerana inti tidak tenggelam dalam badan kuih cara)<\/p>\n<p>4. Masukkan inti dan taburkan cili potong dan daun sup diatas nya.<\/p>\n<p>5. Tutup semula dengan tudung periuk. Tunggu sehingga masak.
